Guidance on the arrangement of the Brodisk and its control plan! Introducing a case that resolved the bridging of adhesive fine powder.
We would like to introduce a case where a comprehensive chemical manufacturer adopted the "Brodie Disk." They consulted us because they were experiencing bridging in a sticky fine powder hopper and requested a proposal for the introduction of the Brodie Disk. We sent them a plate set with the Brodie Disk designed to resemble the hopper wall, and the user confirmed the air injection and vibration with the above product, leading to their understanding of the device's overview and the decision to implement it.
